2. Yadongsheng signs contracts with suppliers of different products according to VIDEOCON's procurement requirements, determines the purchase price in RMB, and agrees on the special requirements and delivery time of products according to VIDEOCON;

3. Yadongsheng shall arrange payment in advance to the supplier immediately after receiving LC issued by VIDEOCON;

4. Before delivery, Yadongsheng will cooperate with VIDEOCON to inspect the goods in the factory. After the inspection is passed, Yadongsheng will arrange the final payment to the supplier;

5. After shipment, Yadongsheng will deliver the full set of documents to foreign banks, arrange related financing under export, and at the same time carry out related risk control according to foreign exchange fluctuations, and adopt Forfaiting mode to deliver documents to control collection risks。
